Took truck in for clicking in the dash, noise stopped on the way to shop. Asked to check anyway, they couldn't replicate the noise yet still charged me $197 diagnostic fee, advised to return when it made noise. Was told I "probably" wouldn't be charged if they couldn't replicate yet I still was. Recommended several services (brake fluid, coolant, transmission, fuel injector cleaning) no issues with truck but recommended maintenence. Wanted over $1,600. Said I needed new lug nuts and wanted to charge me $55 for taking the old ones off! When I declined these services I felt very pressured and had to tell the service advisor no on the phone four times before he accepted it. The lobby was very clean, the free inspection was very detailed and complete with photos. Free shuttle service through Lyft was nice. $100 for oil change and tire rotation saved me some hassle doing it at home. If paying that much is worth it to you, then by all means use them. Make sure you have a real issue or you will pay $200 for nothing. Not worth it to me, I will not be back.

Great service, friendly staff, clean waiting area. I came in for an oil change, they were very quick, and no pushy over selling or anything, just friendly and professional service. I would highly recommend this shop for all auto service needs.

First, I can't say enough about the care and excellent service that Christian Brothers Automotive Concord Coddle Creek provided. I had an opportunity to help a family in crisis obtain a vehicle and asked for a short turnaround to assess and address repair items to ensure the provided vehicle was sound. The team, specifically Jeremy and Matt, helped not only to bring everything needed together, but also did so with excellence and care. They are more than mechanics; they are an organization that desires to serve their customers well, even when faced with nearly unreasonable requests. I found their pricing fair and lower than that of dealership repair shops. There are so many places to have cars serviced, but to trust that you are receiving the best evaluation and service possible is at times difficult. If you want a different experience, go to Christian Brothers Automotive Concord Coddle Creek. Don't expect free or massive discounts, but expect fair pricing and excellent service, and in my experience, you will more than receive it. Blessings upon my new friends at Christian Brothers Automotive Concord Coddle Creek.

I set up an appointment today for an oil change and transmission fluid change. Also, got the NC DOT inspection while I was there. The customer service is unheard of in this day and age. They explained everything in detail and recommend what should to be done without trying to pressure or trying to scare you into anything. Provided shuttle service back and forth to my home. Also did a complementary inspection of my whole vehicle. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this shop.

Repair shops like this are the reason customers are terrified of car trouble. Please study the prices on parts, vs what they charge you. Take into account the labor cost and book times. Use that with all shops and you will okay. I called for a simple repair, with parts I purchased from the dealer, over 2400$ and they still insisted on me buying parts from them. With BMW and Mercedes, if you install OEM parts you purchase from a dealer, they warranty the part and often installation as well. If you’re a chain shop that just wants do minor repairs that’s fine, just say that.
